Half-forgotten dreams and nightmares, fragments of myth, strange sights glimpsed unexpectedly from the corner of the eye -- these all provoke me, demanding a second glance and a deeper gaze.  Ideas unfurl, collide and ricochet, triggering a train of thought that spirals ever outwards in a cascading series of visions --
-- not quite a mental zoetrope, but almost.  And I want to see what happens next in the story,....
